The homes that you find on our site have been gleaned from every listing on the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service that references any “accessibility”. Beside each listing, there is a report that you can access and a score that represents our opinion of the true accessible nature of each property. This report, and score has been derived from a personal inspection of the home by one of our qualified team members. We do this to help our clients and customers save time, energy, and effort looking at homes that will not fit their accessibility needs.


In addition to the real estate brokerage services that we provide, including both seller representation of accessible homes and expert buyer agency representation, we know that our clients that need accessible homes desire the same quality, style, and beauty as they would find in any other home. They simply need their properties to perform for them in a more efficient and effective way.


To this end we offer the full range of services necessary for anyone needing accessible properties, from real estate value assessments, (remodel vs build) remodeling services for existing homes, as well as design and construction of new accessible homes.
